Interview with artist Marissa Martinez.  

Maris­sa Mar­tinez is a Mex­i­can artist from San Luis Poto­sí. She paints, illus­trates, cre­ates mosa­ic murals, and teach­es all of it too. She worked on some of the orig­i­nal mosa­ic murals in Mex­i­co led by Isa­iah Zagar of Philadel­phia, Pa. She lives her life as an artist, sur­round­ed by the art she cre­ates, and fos­ters the skills in oth­er peo­ple too, doing her part to cre­ate a world filled with art.
